What to check first
- 0Supervision or staff-to-child ratio violations
- 0Safe-sleep violations (SIDS training, cribs, nap rules)
- 0Staff background-check violations (fingerprints, SCR registry clearance)
- 0Violations listed as open when we last pulled the data
- 0Repeats: same Health Code rule cited at an earlier visit
Counts cover every inspection below. What the violation types mean
Inspection history
No inspections in the last 3 years on Child Care Connect.
Violation text is the city's own wording, from NYC Child Care Connect (search permit #106886 or the name to see the city's page). We pulled this from the city on Oct 19, 2026. It covers the last 3 years. The city says some of these violations may not be final. Programs can challenge them at a hearing, and some get dismissed.
The program may be new, may have moved or renewed its permit, or the city may not have posted a recent visit yet. Ask the director when the NYC Health Department (DOHMH) last inspected, and ask to see the performance summary card the city requires centers to post. If it's a home daycare, check the state's records instead.
