Violation text is the city's own wording, from NYC Child Care Connect (search permit #7056 or the name to see the city's page). We pulled this from the city on Oct 19, 2026. It covers the last 3 years. The city says some of these violations may not be final. Programs can challenge them at a hearing, and some get dismissed.
